The Helpful Hound Fund exists to support those navigating an economically challenging environment by:

• Provide funds that ultimately keep dogs in their homes during times of financial hardship (medical and nutrition).

• Support rescues near and far.  While focused on hounds, our efforts are not exclusive to hounds. 

• Honor the lives and legacies of those who inspired us to serve others.

• Raise awareness about hounds and how dogs can play a role in supporting our communities.

Making a difference might mean education, nutrition, medical care and/or helping our mental health with therapy dog visits.
